  • If access to the property is unavailable on the scheduled service day, the visit may be skipped and charged as a completed service.

8. Obstruction Policy (Toys, Furniture, etc.)

  • Please remove toys, hoses, lawn furniture, and debris from the yard before service.

  • The company is not responsible for damage to items left in the lawn.

  • Areas blocked by objects may not be serviced.

9. Service Satisfaction Policy

  • If customers are unsatisfied with service, they must notify the company within 24 hours.

  • The company will return to address the issue if necessary.
